Privacy Policy
This policy explains how 4sight Labs AI, Inc. (“4sight Labs,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through linelens.ai (the “Site”), including the LineLens pilot application form. It does not cover production data processed by LineLens at a customer site, which is governed by the agreement with that customer.
Who we are

What we collect
- Information you submit. When you apply for a pilot: first and last name, company, work email, phone (optional), industry, number of manufacturing locations, and anything you write in the free-text field.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider and the services listed below receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the Site.
- Estimator inputs. Values entered in the downtime cost estimator stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To review your pilot application, contact you about it, and scope a possible pilot (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- To follow up on our business relationship with you and your company, and to keep the Site secure and working (our legitimate interests).
- To send marketing communications only where you have agreed or where the law otherwise permits. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- HubSpot, Inc. (CRM and form hosting). Form submissions are stored in HubSpot. HubSpot may use cookies needed to operate the form.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and security).
- Google LLC (web fonts, and the YouTube video player). The video player loads from youtube-nocookie.com only when you click to play it.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep pilot application information for as long as needed to handle the application and any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Residents of U.S. states with privacy laws have similar rights and will not be discriminated against for using them.

Cookies
The Site itself does not set cookies. Third-party services described above, such as the HubSpot form and the YouTube player, may set cookies or use similar technologies when they load.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
